alright... so what i was going to say about my first blog'ing experience last night...

basically, i'm a little surprised that blogs are so "news" focused... that is, they present your thoughts in reverse-chrono order, with no settings to allow you to control it.

this makes it more difficult for a reader to have context if a "new" post references a thought started in an "old" post.... rather like coming into a movie at the 1/2 way point.

readers should have the option of having a visual aid to help them know where they left of last.

or better yet, everything new since their last visit could be presented in "normal" chrono order.
