IAC buys ServiceMagic; enters local directory biz

According to VentureReporter 7/26/2004, IAC acquired ServiceMagic, giving them entry into the "local professional service provider directory" business, complimenting CitySearch and other IAC properties. This is an arena I am keenly interested in; nice to know that IAC will be yet another competitor...
