- You've done the strategic research, business modeling and functional design for consumer facing web offerings used by millions of consumers (or hundreds of thousands of hard core users)
- You understand the balance between getting stuff done and building process in a fluid, competitive, start-up environment
- You understand the balance between user experience and business objectives in designing compelling offerings

Ideal (any one or combination of the following):
- Search experience (web or any vertical)
- Medical degree (RN, MD, etc)
- Informatics experience (i.e., working with taxonomies/ontologies)
- Content experience (licensing, producing, monetizing, optimizing)
