What to do when you haven't blogged in so long that people introduce you with the caveat "yeah, he used to blog"? Post ANYTHING!

I am with a company by the name of MyThings, Inc., we are a unique B2B and B2C proposition that has recently expanded operations into the US. We have already built a successful, revenue generating business in Europe, and we now want to tackle the consumer market in the US and abroad.
